it's time to sleep well

The good news. And my promise…
The marvellous powers of sleep are essential for every single thing in your life and wellbeing, from your inside out.
If we have lost it, and that feeling is widespread in these challenging times, then our task is to understand it and make adjustments to let it do its wonderful job.
You were born knowing how to sleep.
The good news is that you can get it back.
- The major systems of our brain and body are synchronised to each other and coupled to the twenty-four hour natural world in which we live.
- One of these is your sleep – the primary requirement for us to lead active, creative lives during the day and live the longest, healthiest life that we can.
- There is no one-size fits all. We each have highly individual built-in tendencies – called preferences – when it comes to sleep.
With just a little understanding of that synchrony wants to work, we can make arrangements to allow it all to happen.
Simple, doable adjustments.
That’s what this workshop is about.
Please note that if your sleep challenges are long term, or due to pain or illness, nevertheless you can hugely benefit the recovery that sleep can give you, by learning what wants to happen and using it. Since the process is entirely natural, it cannot conflict with any medicines you need to take.
And I hope, like me, you find it to be wonderful. So let’s get cracking….
The workshop: I promise…
…in our time together, you will find answers to the questions below at the very least. You can make notes in your comprehensive manual so that you will have your personal way forward with simple, doable adjustments.

- How to manage a difference between the natural cycles and my life commitments – work, for example.
- Sleep and biscuits: when to eat, what to eat and why
- Which foods promote sleep?
- What about a drink?
- What about exercise?
- What makes sleep the elixir of life? How it works and what is happening
